UPCOMING SSPO MEMBERSHIP MEETING #6

Purpose

On March 31^st a dramatically restructured Stelco is expected to emerge from CCAA Court Protection. To better understand how the exit Plan Of Arrangement (and the 10-year Pension Agreement) will presently affect you, please make every effort to attend this very important meeting in order to hear a first-hand update from our counsel Murray Gold. As before, you will have the opportunity to ask questions.

The future of SSPO will be decided by a majority of the membership attending this meeting.

Other important items on the agenda will include:

§ Status of Indexing and PBGF Indexing Claims

• The status of ongoing efforts to establish a Pension Advisory Committee

The meeting is open to all salaried retirees and/or their spouses/partners and members of the SSPO.
